With membership in the prestigious Association of American Universities, we seek the best and brightest faculty who exemplify the highest standards in teaching, research and scholarship.
As of fall 2023, we had more than 4,100 faculty. Almost 90% of our faculty hold doctoral degrees or terminal degrees in their field, and 330 hold endowed professorships or chairs. Fifty-six faculty are members of the , made up of the National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Engineering and National Academy of Medicine.

Technology Services
Technology Services provides information technology resources and accounts for employees. See our IT services page to learn about networking and internet access; email, messaging and other collaboration tools; and other technology resources.
Use Single Sign On to access resources for employees, such as training, signing up for benefits and submitting requests for time off.
Help Desk Central is available 24/7 to assist with information technology questions.

Our Facilities and Energy Services team assists with facility-related needs, from small repairs and maintenance requests to building access and keyless entry.
