Accounts, Access and Technology

After you are hired at Texas A&M, you will need to get an 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Card for access to your workspace after normal business hours.

Use Single Sign On to access training, sign up for benefits and submit requests for time off.

Our technology services include internet access, email, instant messaging, virtual meeting tools, content management systems, software and data security information.

Our Facilities and Energy Services team assists with facility-related needs, from small repairs and maintenance requests to building access and keyless entry.

  • As a staff member, you have access to over 13,000 LinkedIn Learning courses for free to help you expand your knowledge and skills.

  • We encourage you to pursue higher education to enrich your life and further your career. Tuition assistance and education release time are available to eligible employees.

  • We offer non-academic credit courses, workshops and seminars to our staff members.

Purchasing and Travel

  • Our Procurement Services website provides purchasing information and policies and procedures.

  • Our online e-commerce site lets you browse and shop from online catalogs and Texas A&M Contracts, or place orders with suppliers.

  • Our holiday schedule is set by The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents. We generally have 12-15 paid holidays each year.
